Essex Critical Diversity Research Group
The Essex Critical Diversity Research Group conducts interdisciplinary and
critical inquiry into areas of diversity, inclusivity and equality in
management, organisations and society. We are a special interest group of Essex
Business School academics from the HRM and Organisation and Management and
Marketing subject groups, committed to informing both organisational and policy
practice.
We examine the processes, practices and effects of organisational
differences, inequalities and diversity management. Our work draws upon
areas such as critical management, cultural studies, feminist theory, queer
theory, critical race theory, history, sociology, postcolonial theory and
policy theory.
