Join us and unlock your best self! 2 sessions each week: 12:10-12:45 and 13:10-13:45, available in person and via Zoom (Meeting ID 956 3976 2443) Available to staff and students. Staff book via HR Organiser and students email ohquery@essex.ac.uk to book. If you have any further questions about the programme or would like support with an individual learning need, please don’t hesitate to contact ohquery@essex.ac.uk prior to the session to enable the trainer to support you as best as possible.
