| Overview | This new course is for employees who carry out incident investigations as part of their job. You will find out what are the three main causes of incidents in the workplace and carry out your own incident investigation using a case study. The course also provides an update on the University incident reporting procedure at the University and what you can do to improve reporting. It will give you a legislation update on the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR).
