OverviewThis session introduces the principles of delivering outcomes, solving problems and implementing improvements. You'll explore what's involved in delivering work to required standards and applying structured approaches to operational problem solving, using tools such as PDCA and a project tracker. You'll gain awareness of how improvements to processes or services are identified and implemented, and how change initiatives are supported, drawing on continuous improvement tools, and begin to understand what's involved in leading small-scale improvement initiatives.
