Title | Impact Academy - RIS for your Annual Research Review |
Category | Research |
Overview | The Research Information System (RIS) can not only be used to record publishing achievements, this useful system can be used to document your engagement and impact activities too, which is an institutional requirement. The system is helpful for reporting and tracking at a departmental and faculty level as well as contributing to the REF. On a personal level, the system is a useful tool for you to track your own progress overtime, ideal for the Annual Research Review.
This webinar will provide an overview of the impact module on RIS and how to use it to track and document your research impact and engagement activities. You will have the opportunity to create and edit your own records while we talk through the system, with support from the Research Impact Team.
After this session you will be able to:
Create records to capture impact plans, engagement activities and impact narratives;
Upload evidence of impact;
Link records to publications and other records within RIS. |
