You'll explore problem-solving techniques for diagnosing and resolving issues, drawing on methods such as the 5 Whys, and understand how to assess risk and decision impact using tools such as a risk matrix and decision tree. You'll gain awareness of how change is recognised and supported and begin to understand the judgement involved in decisions with wider service impact. |
