This workshop provides an opportunity to develop your knowledge on the role and responsibilities of a manager and identify actions in outlining your continuous personal development towards the a managerial role.
Objectives:
- Understand the role and responsibilities of an operational first line manager.
- Identify options to support clear goals and actions for your manager's development plan.
