Overview | This two-day programme explores the role of an Operational team leader and those who have responsibility for coordinating operational staff. The programme provides opportunity to develop your knowledge on different aspects of the team leader role.

The training is delivered as a face-to-face programme.
Outcomes:
- Understanding the role of a team leader and motivating staff
- Understanding solution-oriented decision making and crisis management
- Co-ordinating and developing a cohesive team
If attending this event falls outside of your usual working hours, and you incur additional costs due to caring responsibilities, you may be able to claim towards this.
