Title | Coaching Essentials (for all staff) |
Category | Professional Development |
Overview | This one-day highly practical and participative workshop will enable colleagues to develop effective coaching communication skills which can be applied formally and informally in a wide range of workplace situations.
Coaching enables colleagues to motivate and develop their staff, and in particular, the coaching communication skills of questioning, listening and understanding non-verbal communication can also help to develop a good customer service.
Coaching is a valuable way of helping people to learn. It is a useful addition to a manager’s toolkit, as a way of supporting the people they manage. It can help you develop your staff by motivating them to learn new ways of thinking and approaching situations in order to get better results.
Please note that we provide refreshments for this session but we do not provide lunch. A one hour lunch break will be given.
