OverviewThis session introduces communication skills and approaches to building effective working relationships across teams. You'll explore how to convey messages clearly, using tools such as SBI feedback and an active listening model, and gain awareness of how difficult conversations are managed. You'll consider the role of active listening and empathy in day-to-day interactions and begin to understand influencing skills relevant to stakeholders beyond an immediate team, drawing on techniques such as stakeholder mapping.
