A joint Centre for Research in Economic Sociology and Innovation (CRESI) and Essex Sustainability Institute Research Forum, with debate from our speakers on different approaches to researching and theorising water.

The speakers
Professor Mark Harvey from the Centre for Research in Economic Sociology and Innovation will be talking about his new book,  Drinking Water: A Socio-Economics Analysis of Historical and Societal Variation.

Dr Zareen Bharucha will be discussing her research on A climate of scarcity: Taking another look at water woes in rural India. And Professor Steffen Bohm will be discussing his research on the governance and political economies of water.
