17 June 2009: Consultancy: Evaluating Youth Justice Reform in Vietnam

Pam Cox visited Vietnam 20-31 May as a consultant for the NGO Plan International. Plan is one of just two NGOs working on youth justice reform in Vietnam and Pam worked with the project team and their Vietnamese government partners to review interventions intended to improve conditions in the country’s four reform schools and to promote community-based diversion programmes.
