11 April 2011: Essex Sociology features at international conference to be held at Shanghai International Studies University

Sociology's Michael Bailey has been invited to give a key note speech on Property, Aetheticization and Global Cultural Studies at an international conference to be held at Shanghai International Studies University (SISU), China, in September 2011.

Michael has also been asked to stay on as a visiting fellow and to give a series of talks to colleagues and students at The Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), the highest academic research organization in the fields of philosophy and social sciences in the People's Republic of China.
