Internal telephone and e-mail directory: staff preferences

The default setting for the online contact directory is that the following information is available:

• Viewable on-campus*:
  • directory listing of all staff, grouped by department/section
  • searchable directory giving contact details for staff and students
  • in both cases results display name, e-mail address, department, position, internal telephone number and room number
• Viewable from off-campus:
  • searchable directory only (no directory listing)
  • only staff listed (no student information), with results displaying name, e-mail address, department, position and internal telephone number

* 'on-campus' also includes computers connected to the campus network via the University's dial-up service.

You may choose whether you are in- or ex-directory as viewed from off-campus. By default you are in-directory.
