    Q: Where do I go to collect my items?
    A: To arrange collection please contact us at eventessex@essex.ac.uk or telephone 01206 872358 between 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday. 
        If you live at Southend the University’s internal courier service will deliver your items on a Tuesday. 
        If you live on our Colchester Campus, we will endeavour to arrange delivery to your accommodation. Please allow a minimum of 5 days’ for delivery.
    Q: What are the opening hours of the Online Store?
    A: The Online Store is always open for purchases.
    Q: Can I buy more than one pack?
    A: Yes.
    Q: Can I change what's in my pack?
    A: Each pack has been designed to contain all your essentials and therefore we are unable to exchange individual items. However if you wish to make additional purchases then you can.
    Q: I don’t start university for a few weeks, when should I order?
    A: You can order items before you arrive through our online store. To arrange collection please contact us at eventessex@essex.ac.uk or telephone 01206 872358 between 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday. For Southend orders, we will deliver to your accommodation on Tuesdays each week via the University’s internal courier service.
    Q: Can I order a pack after I arrive?
    A: Yes. You can order items after you arrive. To arrange collection please contact us at eventessex@essex.ac.uk or telephone 01206 872358 between 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday. For Southend orders, we will deliver to your accommodation on Tuesdays each week via the University’s internal courier service.
    Q: What do I do if items are broken or missing from my order?
    A: Email eventessex@essex.ac.uk with your order number and details of missing/broken items. We will then investigate and arrange replacement items if necessary. Our normal operating hours are 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.
    Q: What happens if you run out of stock of a particular item?
    A: Where possible we will source a suitable alternative product. If we cannot source an alternative product we will contact you and refund the amount for the product.
