Please note - we only deliver to isolating students residing in accommodation on our Colchester campus and, at The Copse, Meadows and University Quays.

Lunch, dinner & breakfast 7-day meal plans have been developed for students that have to self-isolate, either upon arrival or throughout their stay with us at the University of Essex. Therefore these meal plans should only be purchased by self-isolating students only.

This package includes a fully delivered meal package to including a continental breakfast, cold lunch and an evening ready meal requiring reheating in a microwave or oven, for 7 days.

Please place orders by 2pm to ensure delivery in time for the following day. Weekend meal boxes will be delivered Friday and all fresh food will have a minimum three day shelf life. We will arrange for food to be delivered to your accommodation. Our inbox is not monitored over the weekend so any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the Monday.

Breakfast box contents include:

• strawberry jam
• mini granola bar
• uht yoghurt
• orange juice and cutlery pack

Lunch box contents include:

• cold sandwich of the day (vegetarian option is also available, please inform us if you require this option)

The Essentials Food Box contains essential food items for new students starting university life. The Essentials Food Box has also been designed for any students that need to quarantine upon arrival or whilst at university and forms part of the University's strategy to keep all of our students safe and secure.
