Terms and conditions

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of purchase (provided it is unused). We are unable to offer refunds on used goods.

If your items have been damaged in transit, please advise us, providing photographic evidence of the damage, and we will make a claim with the courier on your behalf (and provide a refund directly to you in the meantime).

If your item develops a fault within 90 days of purchase, please advise us, providing photographic evidence of the fault. We will then contact you to discuss a refund.

We are unable to offer exchanges on any items purchased.

Refunds are a reversal of your payment, therefore we can only send your money back to you in the same way it was received.

Items can currently only be posted within the UK mainland (as international shipping fees are prohibitive) and will be posted via Hermes to the address entered on the form above. Collection from East 15 (Loughton Campus) can be arranged following payment.
