The University’s 2007-2008 Annual Review has been short listed for a hotly-contested regional publications award.

The Annual Review, which was published in spring 2009, has been selected as a finalist in the Best Publication category of the CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations) PRide Awards, East Anglia region.

The CIPR Pride Awards are judged by a national panel of industry experts and are the only awards that show case the best public relations work in the UK. This year there were 1,440 entries in the 24 categories. The winners will be announced in December.

Acting Director General of the CIPR, Ann Mealor, said: ‘Having gone through rigorous judging, to reach the shortlist is a great achievement.’

The Annual Review provides a thorough round-up of University activities and plays a vital role in communicating the University's vision and achievements to its friends and supporters in the community.
