The May issue of the University’s news magazine, Wyvern, is now available. 

This issue features articles on: Dr Colin Samson’s trip to Northern Labrador in Canada where he has been making a documentary about the Innu; the Essex Alumni Sports Weekend which took place at the Colchester Campus; and a Centre for Sports and Exercise schools initiative which was launched by Steve Cram MBE. There are also research stories about an Institute for Social and Economic Research project on the benefits of breastfeeding and a book which explores family relationships during the Great War. The May focus on feature takes an in depth look at the Faculty of Humanities and Comparative Studies.
