Celebrating Graduation 2013

A graduate celebrating

One of our graduates from last year

Graduation 2013 is the biggest ever staged at the University of Essex with close to 2,900 students graduating at our Colchester Campus watched by their families and friends.

Tens of thousands are also expected to watch the graduation ceremonies around the world through our live online broadcast.

Alongside the thousands of graduates receiving their degrees we will award honorary degrees to seven outstanding individuals at the ceremonies this week.

Graduation 2013 also offers the University the chance to highlight the many successes of our students and the many unique opportunities offered by an Essex education.

A free live screening of the Graduation ceremonies will also take place for any guests without ceremony tickets, or those with young children, in the Lecture Theatre Building and Square 2 on campus.
