If you are thinking of applying for postgraduate study this year, then the postgraduate open day at the University of Essex on Wednesday 6 March provides a perfect opportunity to find out more.

Almost 200 people attended  the last postgraduate open day, asking academic representatives about taught courses and research study at Essex, one of the UK’s leading academic institutions.

Essex's outstanding reputation, including being rated ninth nationally in the most recent Research Assessment Exercise for research excellence, ensures postgraduates are taught, supported and supervised by academic staff who are world leaders in their fields.

In addition Essex graduates can access the Alumni Loyalty Discount for help with tuition fees in their first year of postgraduate study. This will reduce the tuition fee by 33 per cent if the graduate achieved a First in their Bachelors degree at Essex, 25 per cent if they achieved a 2.1 and 10 per cent if they achieved a 2.2.
