The University’s news magazine Wyvern has won an award from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).

Wyvern won the Silver award in the Best Newspaper or Magazine category at the CIPR’s East Anglia PRide Awards. The awards evening in Newmarket, hosted by Alex Dunlop from BBC Look East, attracted more than 150 PR professionals from across the eastern region.

The judges commented: ‘In a highly competitive and high standard category the new look 'Wyvern' came so close to winning.’

Published monthly, Wyvern plays a key role in the University’s communications to staff, and is also sent externally to a regional audience to keep them informed about developments and activities at the University.
