Businesses looking to increase profitability are invited to meet enterprise experts from the University of Essex at a London event on 21 June to find out how a knowledge transfer partnership could benefit them.

The free, evening networking event, at The Institute of Engineering and Technology gives you the chance to find out how the University of Essex - ranked ninth in the UK for research quality - can help address key strategic challenges and support new market opportunities.

As well as presentations by the University’s business and enterprise experts, attendees will hear from the Managing Director of Sanctuary Personnel Ltd which has been able to diversify and expand thanks to a knowledge transfer partnership with the University.

The Sanctuary-Essex partnership has led to the development of a patented, novel award-winning* multi-purpose intelligent data analysis and decision support system that has a worldwide patent pending and has established the company as a market leader in this field. Sanctuary has been able to expand its client base significantly and has even created a spin-out company, called Logical Glue Ltd. New jobs have been created and further growth is anticipated.
