Top tips on improving staff wellbeing

The University is holding the second in a series of free business breakfast events this month to help businesses improve the wellbeing of their workforce.
This event is for anyone who has responsibility for staff improvement or manages staff, including healthy workplace champions, human resource managers, line managers, company directors and owners.
The event – titled Maximising staff potential: Talking the walk the wellbeing – will include practical tips on how to implement initiatives to improve a workforce’s health and well-being.
The breakfast event will involve key experts from the University offering information about the importance of companies thinking about the health and well-being of employees and how to create a healthy, successful and productive workforce.
The event is on 25 May 2011 from 7.30am-9.00am at the Centre for Sport and Exercise Science on Colchester Campus. Entry is free by registering for the event at http://better4work2.eventbrite.com/.
