Businesses wanting to get the best out of their workforce can pick up some useful tips at a special free event being held at the University next month.

The breakfast event will involve key experts from the University offering information to business managers about how to create a healthy, successful and productive workforce. This will be achieved by relating methods used successfully in athlete management and transferring this knowledge so it can be used effectively in the workplace.

The event – titled Maximising staff potential for a better business: using principles from athlete management – covers a wide range of topics including creating a healthy working environment and how changes in working practice can reduce fatigue.
