The University’s 2007-08 Annual Review scooped a regional publications award at a Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) prize-giving this week.

The Annual Review was the silver award winner in one of the most competitive categories, Best Publication, of the CIPR PRide Awards, East Anglia. Five other publications were shortlisted with the top prize going to the Early Years Training Directory produced by Sarah Thomas Communications.

The CIPR PRide Awards are judged by a national panel of industry experts. This year there were 1,440 entries in the 24 categories with the winners announced at a ceremony hosted by BBC Look East news presenter, Alex Dunlop.

The Annual Review, produced by the Communications Office, provides a thorough round-up of University activities. The next Annual Review, for 2008-09 will be published in April 2010.
