Service Level Agreement

Terms and conditions

  • The trainer/contact lead is responsible for booking their own room.
  • You should consider which campus is most appropriate for your learning event. If the event is scheduled at Colchester Campus please consider how to support colleagues based at Southend and Loughton.
  • We will ensure the participant list is emailed to you the day before your workshop takes place.
  • We will contact you with any delegate access or dietary needs. This will be given to you 3 days before the workshop takes place.
  • Organisational Development do not photocopy or produce handouts.
  • Organisational Development will advertise the workshop.
  • Please make sure you return your workshop attendance list to develop@essex.ac.uk within 1 working day, so personal training records can be updated and evaluations sent to participants promptly.
  • For any external trainers you are responsible for all liaison, which includes obtaining the appropriate insurances, and managing their fee payments.
  • As part of this service evaluation forms will be sent out to participants through iTrent. All trainers will be provided with their own unique dashboard, where you can review participants feedback.
