SU Homes does not charge administration fees and your deposit is held securely as part of a government-authorised deposit scheme. 

As from 1 February 2016, all landlords have to check your immigration status gives you the right to rent in the UK before granting a tenancy agreement within private housing.

SU Homes will help you at every stage of the process, from finding the property that will become your home, to signing the contract and moving in.
