Things to do

  • Visit the Student Services Hub

Your Student Services Hub is the place to go for the information you need.

Our friendly team will help by:

    • Completing your University registration
    • Contacting your department to let them know you’ve arrived
    • Providing you with information to help you get started at Essex

  • Move into your new accommodation

When you arrive, there's lot to do - but the first thing is to collect your keycard if you'll be living in University accommodation, then get moving your stuff in! Know where to go to collect your keycard.

When you arrive in Southend you will need to collect your keys from University Square reception, which is open 24 hours a day.

    Looking for accomodation?

Where you live is a very important part of your experience at Essex, whther you're living on campus or as part of our local community.

Visit our Accommodation pages for help and advice about finding accommodation on campus.

SU Homes can help find accommodation near our Colchester Campus.
