OverviewThis programme explores the role of a manager at Essex and provides an opportunity to understand different approaches to develop and manage a high-performing team. The programme is open to both existing managers of all experiences and those aspiring to be managers. We welcome bookings from those who also have supervisory responsibility for others. If you have any further questions about the programme please don’t hesitate to contact Please note this programme includes multiple dates and you are required to attend all sessions. This programme is currently being delivered via Zoom and will include multiple breaks. If spaces are available, please click on the white space below. ONLY add yourself to the waiting list if the date/s are not convenient. If attending this event falls outside of your usual working hours, and you incur additional costs due to caring responsibilities, you may be able to claim towards this. One claim per year, of up to £150 is available through the Career Development Fund for Carers. Further information is available on the staff directory or speak to your Line Manager.
