If you are unhappy with the service that you have received from us, you should raise the issue as soon as possible by emailing with the subject ‘Complaint’. You should include as much information as possible in your email.

The relevant manager will send you an email to acknowledge receipt (normally within 3 days), and will then investigate your complaint. It may be necessary for the manager to contact you to ask further questions, and if this is the case, they will use your University email address (if you wish for an alternative email address to be used please indicate which one in your email).

You will receive a response to your complaint within 10 working days. If it is not possible for that to happen, you will receive an email providing an update and a revised timescale. If you remain dissatisfied once you have received the results of the investigation, you can take the matter further by following the University’s formal complaints procedure.
