COST Action IS1209 Prospol “Comparing European Prostitution Policies: Understanding Scales and Cultures of Governance” is coming to an end in April 2017, after four successful years. The Action is chaired by Isabel Crowhurst and the University of Essex is the Grant Holder Institution. To mark the end of its activities, the Action is hosting an international conference at Aalborg University in Copenhagen on Displacing Sex for Sale. The conference call for papers has attracted interest from all over the world, and as a result the conference is now fully booked. Isabel Crowhurst, Anna Di Ronco and Helen Rand from the Sociology Department, University of Essex, will be presenting their papers at the conference.
