Our outreach video

Take a peak at our video that highlights some of the incredible opportunities and events that our outreach team organise for schools, children and the wider community.

We coordinate a huge range of activities for secondary schools and colleges and primary schools designed to highlight the benefits of university in a fun and interesting way.

We also provide events and online resources for teachers to ensure they have all the information they need to help their students make the right choices about their future.

What we do

  • Run on campus events to provide experience of a University and the subjects and courses on offer.
  • Travel to schools around the UK to deliver talks on higher education which meet your specific needs.
  • Provide teachers with the tools to help students with university applications, and also enrich classroom teaching through syllabus-specific resources.
  • Part of Schools Membership Plus, allowing us to communicate our news and events effectively.

Schools activities

Our Outreach programme offers an exciting and dynamic range of activities for primary schools, secondary schools, sixth forms and colleges either on campus or in your school, allowing students to discover what it's like to come to university.

Taster Week

Student in a classroom

Our Taster Week allows sixth form and college students get a flavour of university courses, talk to current students about the subject they're interested in and help them to make important decisions about next steps.
