Terms and Conditions:

• The course fees include course materials, and lunch and refreshments, where a course takes places in person. 
• Final day of registrations -- Registrations for a course will close approximately 1 week before the start of the course.
• Cancellations by EBS -- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, participants will be entitled to a full refund of their course fees.
• Cancellations by participants --
  • Full refunds: we must receive a written request no later than 30 days prior to the start of the course.
  • 50% refunds: we must receive a written request within 30 days but not within the final 14 days prior to the start of the course.
  • No refunds: requests for refunds within 14 days prior to the start of the course will not be eligible for refunds.
• We do not offer bursaries or scholarships for these programs.

Discounts:

• We offer discounts for organisations and individuals who register for more than 1 course or register more than 1 participant. We also offer special rates to Alumni and partners of the University of Essex and the Knowledge Gateway. Please get in touch for custom discounts at execed@essex.ac.uk
