Terms and Conditions:

The course fees include course material, buffet lunches, and refreshments.
Final day of registrations -- Registrations for a course will close 2 weeks before the start of the course.
Cancellations by EBS -- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, participants will be entitled to a full refund of their course fees.
Cancellations by participants --
- Full refunds: we must receive a written request no later than 30 days prior to the start of the course.
- 50% refunds: we must receive a written request within 30 days but not within the final 14 days prior to the start of the course.
- No refunds: requests for refunds within 14 days prior to the start of the course will not be eligible for refunds.
We do not offer bursaries or scholarships for these programs.

Discounts:

We offer discounts for organisations and individuals who register for more than 1 course or register more than 1 participant. We also offer special rates to Alumni and partners of the University of Essex and the Knowledge Gateway. Please get in touch for custom discounts at execed@essex.ac.uk
