Please note:  

• Single-day tickets do not include gala dinner, while other full conference tickets do.
• If you require an additional gala dinner ticket for your guest, please select "Optional add-on: Gala dinner plus-one".
• If you wish to include the gala dinner in your single-day ticket, please select "Optional add-on (for single-day ticket on 22 May): Gala dinner".
• Optional add-ons can only be purchased in conjunction with a conference ticket.
• We kindly request your confirmation of attendance at the two optional pre-conference events (free of charge) by selecting or deselecting the corresponding options.
