"Full rate" - Conference 29th-30th June. Includes the welcome reception on the evening of Monday 28th June and the conference dinner at Wivenhoe House on Tuesday 29th June.

"Reduced rate" - Conference 29th-30th June.Includes the welcome reception on the evening of Monday 28th June and the conference dinner at Wivenhoe House on Tuesday 29th June. Suitable for the retired, the unemployed or doctoral students.

"Emerging Scholar Colloquium" - June 28th. Open to delegates on any rate. Includes lunch and refreshments on Monday 28 June, and the welcome reception that evening.

"Additional dinner ticket" - Dinner only, for a partner or guest not attending the conference. Does not include the welcome reception. Places are limited and allocated in order of booking.
