This is a practical skills module.
Work based assessment to evaluate the learners performance in clinical practice
Here you will need to keep your skills book up to date. Work with your supervisor to achieve these skills. The skills book is held in a folder in which you can add evidence of your skills (evidence must be relevant - please do not overload this folder) and accompanied by reflections of these activities in your workplace.
There are additional Taster Days to be organised in the Summer Term and again you need to record evidence of these visits.
You also have a medical placement linked to the HS727 module to record.
