This module provides students with the opportunity to be proactive in identifying their current scope of practice. Reflecting on this, students will develop strategies to expand knowledge and skills in their own chosen areas. Based upon these areas, students will proactively develop their current scope of practice.
The aims of this module are:
- To give students the opportunity to be proactive in identifying their current scope of practice.
- To facilitate students in developing strategies to expand knowledge and skills in chosen areas.
By the end of this module, students will be expected to be able to:
- Critically evaluate their evolving scope of practice and preparedness for qualified practice.
- Independently identify opportunities to develop the scope of practice further upon qualification.
- Communicate clearly, in a well-structured manner, to synthesise how your practice has evolved and critically discuss the impact on future developments.
