1. Provide students with opportunities for full scale ensemble work in public performance or short film
2. Identify, extend and consolidate students’ strengths as professional actors

Rehearsals with directors' notes
Students will be individually tutored according to their particular performance needs
Learning also takes place in workshops, presentations, specialist classes and independent study
Verbal feedback and formative assessment are given throughout the process of performance preparation

Continuous assessment of students’ contributions to rehearsal and performance
Summative assessment is based on the extent to which students are able to demonstrate the module Learning Outcomes.
Account is also taken of students’ overall contribution to the project as a whole as well as to their work on their own characters

- In-person, open book (restricted): The exam will take place on campus under invigilation. You may refer only to specific physical materials such as a named textbook during the exam. Permitted materials will be specified by your department. Electronic devices may not be used in the exam.
- In-person, closed book: The exam will take place on campus under invigilation. You may not refer to any physical materials or electronic devices during the exam. There may be times when a paper dictionary,
