BNC (the British National Corpus)

The BNC is a large (100 million word) corpus of (British) English.

Availability

bnc in the `usual place': /ufs/corpora/ (unix), \\corpora\corpora\ (Windows) (see the Introduction)., but it is most easlily accessed via SARA (which see).
