Previous tests have revealed a specific issue with the Southend phone system. To investigate this we will be isolating it from the rest of the University, during which users may not be able to make or receive a phone call.
This includes internal and external calls and voicemail.
The rest of the University phone system, including Teams users, will be unaffected. Posted on

Investigating -
We're aware of an issue affecting the guest Wi-Fi services and are currently investigating. This may affect your access to the Event Essex and Essex Guest networks, Tapestry, and some equipment in the sports centre.
