To submit a nomination for the award of a University of Essex Honorary Degree, please complete the form below.

Please Note: you will be required to complete the nomination form in one go. If you begin and then choose to exit before you have completed all the required questions, the information will be not be saved. When completing the nomination you will be asked to provide a brief summary of why the nominee should receive an Honorary Degree and more detailed information to support the nomination, with the facility to add relevant attachments, if required. Please ensure you have all the relevant information ready before you begin.
