Undergraduate fees for international students

You're an international fee-payer if you're from a non-EU country. We'll assess your fee status when you apply to Essex and you can contact us to enquire about your fee status.

New Channel Islands undergraduate students pay fees at the Home and EU rate.

For students commencing their studies at the University of Essex in the 2018-19 academic year, your fees will increase by up to 5% for each academic year of study.

Our fees enable us to provide a high quality educational experience, to invest in teaching, services and facilities, and to increase our investment in widening participation, access, and student opportunity.
