Global thinking for global problems

A Global Studies degree is the interdisciplinary study of worldwide issues and trends, exploring the interconnected nature of cultures, economies, and societies on a global level. Our courses aim to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of complex global challenges, including international relations, global economics, cultural diversity, and environmental sustainability.

Throughout the course, you will delve into a diverse range of subjects, addressing issues such as the migrant crisis and global warming, and exploring disciplines such as political science, economics, anthropology, sociology, geography, history, environmental studies, global politics, international development, human rights, globalisation, and cross-cultural communication. We will empower you with the knowledge and skills necessary to analyse and tackle global challenges; enabling you to approach global issues from multiple perspectives.
